Shipping
A flat dispatch of $18.00 on orders below $250.00. Above that, carriage is included. Timing follows the making of the piece, not a warehouse clock.
Returns
Unwashed, unused pieces may be returned within fourteen days of arrival. Write to the house with your order number. Made-to-order or marked pieces are kept.
Care guide
- Wash cold, on a gentle cycle.
- Line dry when you can. A low tumble is acceptable.
- No fabric softener — it coats the fibre.
- Iron on linen if you wish. The rumple is not a fault.

- Do I need an account?
- No. Orders and saved pieces stay on this device.
- Will the cloth shrink?
- Natural fibres relax in the wash. Follow the care on each piece; most of our linen is washed before it reaches you.
- Can I buy for a hotel or a house?
- Yes. Use Trade in the header, or write via Partnerships.
